Roxy Altendorf

Roxy, age 14. Born on April 20th, 2009 and passed away on September 25th, 2023.

Roxy has been with the Altendorf family since she was a few weeks old. Since day one she was the smartest dog learning many tricks. She loved to play hide and seek, fetch with her stuffed porcupine and run around the table with her Dad Jeff. She was the best sport when it came to her sister Rachel dressing her up for themed photo shoots. Walks to Baba & Dzadza were another favorite of hers. Cuddling up in a nice fuzzy blanket with her Mom Dorothy was how she spent her free time. Napping was a favorite in the Altendorf house. Everyone always enjoyed seeing Roxy when they came over for holidays or just to stop by and say hi. She was such a friendly loving dog. She will be deeply missed by anyone who met her.

Roxanne Pookie Carlisle is the many names she went by. And she would smile/respond to them all. Until we meet again over the rainbow bridge. “Loving you changed my life, and losing you did the same.”

Jax, age 11 years old, crossed the Rainbow Bridge on January 22nd, 2026. Cremation services accorded. Arrangements entrusted to Whispering Willow Pet Funeral & Cremation Services. I loved to watch Jax run laps around the yard almost habitually. I'm truly going to miss morning in bed snuggled up while I drank my coffee, us sitting together by the fire and my favorite, watching him play with other dogs. Jax really loved sitting in his chair he had outside and no matter where I went, he had to follow me. Jax hated to be alone and if he didn't have to be, he wasn't. He was such a big lover to everyone he ever came in contact with. He will be truly missed. Until we meet again on The Rainbow Bridge.

Beans, age 8 weeks old, crossed the Rainbow Bridge on January 21st, 2026. Cremation services accorded. Arrangements entrusted to Whispering Willow Pet Funeral & Cremation Services. She was the spunkiest little girl and always so happy. She was born right before thanksgiving, and I was so thankful for her. She had the loudest little bark for how tiny she really was. She is survived by her mother and father but is running happily across the flower fields at the Rainbow Bridge with her grandparents. She is very deeply missed, nonetheless.
