Luci Barba

Luci, age 10 years old, crossed the Rainbow Bridge on September 6th, 2025. Cremation services accorded. Arrangements entrusted to Whispering Willow Pet Funeral & Cremation Services.

Luci was a girl, who lived a very simple life, marked by sleeping on the floor, sleeping on the couch, and of course, sleeping on the bed. She absolutely loved to go for car rides, playing in the snow, chasing her ball in the backyard and being with our English bulldog Vinnie.

She struggled with being disobedient at times, but behind closed doors, Luci brought my family and me so much unconditional warmth that no other human could ever provide. She was never too busy for us, never too tired and when one of us was going through a hard time, she was the perfect shoulder to lean onto.

Even as she struggled on her last days on earth, she still continued to fight and wagged her tail and put her head on our knees to let us know, she still loved us unconditionally. She loved us hard until the very end, and its up to us to give that same love back to her.

Jax, age 11 years old, crossed the Rainbow Bridge on January 22nd, 2026. Cremation services accorded. Arrangements entrusted to Whispering Willow Pet Funeral & Cremation Services. I loved to watch Jax run laps around the yard almost habitually. I'm truly going to miss morning in bed snuggled up while I drank my coffee, us sitting together by the fire and my favorite, watching him play with other dogs. Jax really loved sitting in his chair he had outside and no matter where I went, he had to follow me. Jax hated to be alone and if he didn't have to be, he wasn't. He was such a big lover to everyone he ever came in contact with. He will be truly missed. Until we meet again on The Rainbow Bridge.

Beans, age 8 weeks old, crossed the Rainbow Bridge on January 21st, 2026. Cremation services accorded. Arrangements entrusted to Whispering Willow Pet Funeral & Cremation Services. She was the spunkiest little girl and always so happy. She was born right before thanksgiving, and I was so thankful for her. She had the loudest little bark for how tiny she really was. She is survived by her mother and father but is running happily across the flower fields at the Rainbow Bridge with her grandparents. She is very deeply missed, nonetheless.
